Shakshuka is a Middle Easterm recipe used as breakfast or main course.
This recipe is very simple to cook and very tasty, it’s gluten free and rich in proteins and no carbs.
INGREDIENTS 2 servings
4 small / 6 medium eggs
600 g of chopped tomatoes in tin
12 chopped onion
12 red pepper or paprika
2 crushed garlic cloves
Fresh or dry chilli (optional)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
fresh parsley
