I want to share my mom’s original fried chicken. One of my favorite recipes usually my mom’s cooks for us. She puts paprika to add smokey flavor and gives red color to the fried chicken. Using cornstarch in coating the chicken makes more crunchy the fried chicken or any fried recipe. Fish sauce enhance the flavor of the fried chicken. It’s easy to prepare and for sure if you will try this you’ll gonna love the authentic taste, juicy & crunchy fried chicken.
