Pwede ko nlng pangalanan Ng Garlic Prawns and Veggies since Walang honey at sugar😊
So last time Ng unboxed ako Ng Hello Chef. Heto n un Isa s mga meals.
For two persons portion.

Ingredients:
Prawns-350grams
Shallots-1pc
Carrots-2pcs (omitted for keto)
Red bell pepper-1pc
Zucchini small or courgette-2pcs
Sugar snap peas-100grams
Vegetable oil-2tbsp
Salt and sesame seeds

SAUCE:
Garlic cloves-3pcs
Lemon-1pc
Honey-40grms (omitted for keto)
Soysauce-20ml
Brown sugar-10grms (omitted)
Dijon mustard-6grms
Vegetable oil-1tbsp
Paprika powder-2grms
Chilli flakes-2grms
Salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the prawns on kitchen Paper. Peel and slice the shallots. Slice the bell pepper thinly, zucchini into sticks. Trim the sugar snap peas and cut them on the diagonal.
To make the sauce. Peel and crush the garlic into a small saucepan.add water and lemon juice, soysauce, Dijon mustard, vegetable oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook for 2-3mints until slightly thickened. Set aside.
Fry prawns with salt and pepper a little bit of chilli flakes. Remove from pan. Set aside.
Same pan add oil then the shallots and veggies. Stir fry for 3-5 mints until tender-crisp.
Combine the cooked prawns and the sauce and cook for a final 1-2min. Giving everything a good mix up..
Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds and a pinch of chilli flakes. Ready to serve. Bon appetit 😊
