This sauce is an original recipe of shawarma sauce which I using daily in my restaurant and selling 1000plus per day. If you planing start shawarma business then this is the best sauce you should have in the list.

Mayonnaise – 2 TBSP or more (Depend on how thick you like)
Sesame Paste -1TSP
Salt – 1TSP
Lime Juice – 2TBSP
Yogurt – Half Cup
Garlic – 5 Pcs
Spicy Paprika – 1TSP
White Pepper – 1TSP
Black Pepper – Half TSP
Chili Green – 1 Large Size
