Boiled chickpeas – 2 cups/2 cans of Garbanzo Beans
Corn starch – 4 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Smoked Paprika – 1 tsp
Ground cumin – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango /Amchoor powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chillis – 4-6
Garlic pods – 4- 6
