Recipe:
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
2 large bell peppers, cut into strips
1 large, sweet onion, cut into strips
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Paprika or smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Chili powder, or to taste
Feel free to add in more spice if you like – cayenne, chipotle powder, etc.
2 Tbsp. Avocado oil
Toss all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Turn air fryer to 380 degrees and set timer for 15-18 minutes
Pour ingredients into the air fryer basket and spread to an even layer.
Half way through cooking time, stir ingredients. After 15 minutes, check to make sure the chicken is done and everything is crisped up the way you like it.
When cooking time is over, serve with all your favorite fajita accompaniments.
