2lb Beef butt
1 green pepper
1 medium sized onion
2 roma tomatos
4 heads of garlic
1 table spoon olive oil
1 medium sized carrot
1 stock of celery
1 jalapeno
2 dried chilis
1/4 cup secret ingredient
1 cup water
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbso Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Toppings:
Sour cream
Fresh cilantro
