INGREDIENTS

1 tbs butter
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 large onion (chopped)
2 large tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced)
4 boiled eggs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
