Today I am going to share with you my Vegan Christmas favorite dish, a delicious vegan meatloaf. This is a rich and comforting dish that tastes incredible and it will always amaze your familiars & guests, vegans or non-vegans. The best way to serve it, of course, is with some well-seasoned oven-roasted potatoes, some delicate white wine gravy sauce, and an elegant touch of pomegranate seeds. Have fun cooking it and enjoying it with your Family and loved ones for Christmas or New Year’s Eve!
Merry Christmas to all!
