For Burger Buns.Preheat the oven within 425% and bake within 11-15minutes untils it’s golden brown.

***Burger Buns Ingredients ***
3 1/2 cup of flour
1/3 cup of white sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tbsp of unsalted butter

Let the dough rise within1-2 hour

**** Burger Patties Ingredients.****
3 cups of ground beef
1/4 cup of onions
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1 tbsp of oil
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
1 tsp dried or fresh thyme
1/2 tsp of paprika or cumin
