Ingredients:
Chicken breast tenderloins
Large egg
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying (I used sun flower oil)
Instructions:
1- Chop the chicken to bite sized pieces.
2- In a large bowl whisk egg and add ketchup, salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin powder, curry powder and baking powder. Stir well.
3- Add chopped chicken pieces and coat well. Set aside for 15 minutes.
4- Add salt to breadcrumbs and coat chicken pieces with breadcrumbs
5- Deep Fry at 350°F (if you don’t have a thermometer dip a wooden spoon into the oil, if the oil starts bubbling, it is hot enough for frying) for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown
6- Once the pieces are done use tongs to remove them from the oil and place them on the paper towel lined plate
7- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce
