Try our homemade, sweet, and garlicky Skinless Longganisa.
Skinless Longganisa is a type of Filipino sausage without the casing. What’s good about this recipe is it has no preservatives. I love garlic so I put a lot in this recipe. The white sugar added sweetness into it. This is best eaten at breakfast with fried rice and a fried egg, thus, the word Longsilog is formed. (longganisa, sinangag (fried rice), and itlog (fried egg).
