Egg shakshuka is a Middle Eastern Breakfast dish of gently poached eggs in a tasty mixture of simmering tomatoes, red bell peppers and onions and commonly spiced with cumin, paprika( red chilli powder) , black pepper and seasoned with chilli flakes and mixed herbs.The dish has existed in Mediterranean cultures for centuries.
