INGREDIENTS:
1.5 unsalted butter
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 medium-sized potatoes, sliced lengthwise
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

400g of beef, sliced into bite-sized pieces

1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp of dried basil
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 tbsp of fresh coriander, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
*Sprinkle fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
