Pasta Snacks – #Crispy #Easy #Quick
#Ingredients:
For pasta boiling:
Pasta of your choice 250 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
For Paste Coating:
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
( cooking oil for frying )
For Spice Seasoning:
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Lemon salt 1/4 tsp ( tatri)
Cumin seeds roasted and crushed
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp

#Method:
* In a pot add water , oil , salt and pasta and let it boil for 9-10 minutes.
* Strain and set aside. ( Boil as per packet instructions.)
* In a bowl add boiled pasta, all purpose flour and corn flour and coats well.
* In a wok add oil and add flour coated pasta. Fry om medium flame until golden and crispy. Strain and set aside.
* In a bowl add fried pasta , salt , black salt , paprika powder , cumin powder, garlic powder, lemon salt, chaat masala and black pepper powder and mix well.
* Spicy pasta crackers are ready to serve !
* Can be stored in an air tight jar for up to 2 weeks.
