For this recipe you will need:
1 small-medium acorn squash
1 lb ground beef (or portein of your choice)
1 small sweet onion
1 small vine ripe tomato
1-2 tsp smokey paprika
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
