What’s up foodies!
One-pot masala spaghetti an Indian style pasta recipe is what’s cooking today. It’s simple, nutrient-packed and delicious. Spaghetti can be substituted for Macaroni, Penne or any pasta of choice.
Ingredients
Shredded Beef Marinated overnight in:
Paprika
Thyme
Ginger
Onions
Garam Masala Spice (can be substituted for Cumin powder or Curry)
Salt
1/4 cup milk
Coated with cornstarch before frying (optional)
Carrots (Julienned)
Cabbage (Shredded)
2-3 Tablespoon Oil
Garlic
Onions
Ginger Paste
Scotch bonnet
Tomato puree
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala (can be substituted for Cumin powder or Curry)
1 beef seasoning cube
Cooked Spaghetti (or choice pasta)
Broth ( Beef/chicken stock or even water)
Pinch of salt
This recipe is for a serving for 2 please double if cooking for more.
