Hey Guys! In this video I made a super EASY and Delicious Broccoli Cheddar Soup, with Chunks of broccoli and a super creamy cheesy broth. This recipe is so quick to make. Broccoli Cheddar Soup Recipe:
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 medium onion(diced)
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
4 Tablespoons of flour
2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Fresh grated Nutmeg (optional)
2 cups broccoli
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
