This one-pan paprika chicken dinner is made with Potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Tomatoes, and an easy paprika sauce. Dairy free. 1 hour from start to finish.
Ingredients & Measurements:
6-8 pcs Chicken Breast
1 Nos Red Onion, Cut into 8 Wedges
3 Nos Potato, Cut into Wedges
2 Nos Tomato, Cut into Wedges
4-6 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Marinade:
2 Tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 Nos Lemon (Juice)
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
