During my summer vacation trips to my grandmother Gizella’s home in Hungary, I spent many weeks experiencing Hungarian culture and cuisine. One of the most memorable times was when I watched my grandmother preparing her recipes in her small kitchen. Her recipes are economical, flavorful, simple, time saving and quick and easy to put together with great tips. I promised her that I would someday publish her recipes so that they could be shared with the world. Her memory lives on in her recipes. I hope that you enjoy preparing her recipes as much as I do.
