STEP 1
Ingredients for dough:
3 cups Flour
1 Egg
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
Let it rest for 30 mins.
STEP 2
Ingredients for Filling:
500g Minced meat
1kg Onion (chopped)
3 Green Chilli (chopped)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Balck pepper
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Cook this filling and let it cool down
STEP 3
Ingredients for sauce:
1 cup Splitpea (boiled)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic paste
4 tbsp Tomato paste
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Garam masala
STEP 4
Ingredients for Chutney:
1 cup Yoghurt
1 cup Quark
Salt to taste
little bit of Water
Dried Mint leaves
Mix these ingredients or use yoghurt only
STEP 5
Ingredients for Tarka:
1/2 cup Oil
2 tbsp Garlic paste
1tsp Turmeric powder
