What I used:
600g Rigatoni Pasta
6 Onions
2 tsp Ginger and Garlic Powder
6 Fresh Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Dried Basil
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Salt
½ Tbsp Chilli Powder
½ Tbsp Paprika
1 Cup Chopped Spinach
1 Cup Sweetcorn
Parmesan Cheese for garnish

Remember, the beauty about making Indian style pasta sauce, is that you can tailor it to your taste buds!
