Pig Trotters Ingredient List
1tbs Olive oil
500g Pig trotters
1 Onion – roughly chopped
1 Large Carrots – roughly chopped
1 Celery – roughly chopped
2tsp Robertsons Cayenne Pepper
1tbs Garlic
1tsp Parsley
1 Chicken stock cube
1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup water to cover trotters

Chicken Feet Ingredients
1tbs Olive oil
Half onion – diced
350g Chicken piece
1tsp Garlic
1tsp Paprika
1tbs Worcestershire
1 Chicken stock cube
1tsp Chili flakes
1 Cup water to cover chicken feet
Fresh Parsley to garnish
