Hungarian Beef Stew Recipe / Gulasch / Goulash
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1000g or 1 kg. Beef Tenderlion
4 cloves Garlic minced
1 Liter Drinking Water
40ml Oyster Sauce
50ml Soy Sauce
1 tsp Vegetable Seasoning Powder
Approx. 3/4 tsp Pepper
Approx. 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Big Onion chopped
3 medium Potatoes cut into cubes
3 medium Carrots cut into cubes
500g Tomato Sauce
1 Big Bell Pepper cut into cubes
200ml Drinking Water
3 Pepperoni cut into pieces ( i did not cut in the video because i dont like HOT)
