Here are the Ingredients of my Cajun Seafoods:
1. Ginger (medium – or more it’s up to you)
2. Onion & Garlic (3 pcs. medium)
3. Butter (100 grams)
4. Ginger Garlic Paste (2 tbsp.)
5. (2) Glass of Water
6. Soy Sauce (2 tbsp. or more it’s up to you)
7. Salt (2 tbsp.)
8. Brown Sugar or White Sugar (18-21 tbsp. or more it’s up to your sweetness)
9. Garlic Powder (5 tbsp.)
10. Chili powder (1 tbsp.)
11. Paprika ( 5 tbsp.)
12. Oregano Crushed (2 tsp.)
13. Thyme (2 tsp.)
14. Pepper (3 tsp.)
15. Squid (half kg. or more it’s up to you)
16. Shrimp (half kg. or more it’s up to you)
17. Sweet Corn ( half kg. or more it’s up to you)
18. Mussels/Tahong (half kg. or more it’s up to you)
19. Lobster (2 pcs. or more it’s up to you)
20. Crab then slice into 2 pcs. (1 kg. or more it’s up to you)
