4 Cups Flour
4 Tbsp Butter or Margerine
½ Tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1¼ Cup water or Milk
For Flavour, you can use nutmeg or Lemon Zest
Oil for Frying

For the Filling
1 whole Mackerel
1 Maggi Cube
2 tsp salt (1tsp for Boiling fish and the other to cook filling)
½ tsp Garlic Power(fresh garlic is ok)
½ tsp Onion powder(you can as well used ¼ Fresh onion diced)
½ Cup Sliced Carrots
½ Cup Sliced Greenbeans
1 tsp Paprika(optional)
Some Chilli flakes
