Erin's Family Chili with Feges BBQ Ground Beef

In this video Erin makes her family chili recipe (with a few variations) using Feges BBQ’s proprietary ground beef. Its a a perfect Fall meal and freezes beautifully for easy dinners later on.

Ingredients:
5 lbs Feges BBQ ground beef
3 x 48oz cans of tomato juice
1 x 48oz can of pinto beans, drained
2 x 30oz cans of black beans, drained
2 x 28oz cans of mild Rotel, drained
1 x 30oz can of yellow hominy, drained
3 x 15.5oz cans of red kidney beans, drained
1 x 15.5oz can of white hominy, drained
1 x 12oz can of tomato paste (I used it all)
Worcestershire Sauce
Hot Sauce (I used Crystal’s but tabasco will work too)
Chili Powder
Ground Cumin
Cayenne
Smoked Paprika
**Trader Joe’s Elote Seasoning if you’re lucky enough to have it in your pantry!**
