٢٠٠غ لحم بقر مفروم ناعم
١ ملعقة كبيرة فلفل رومي أحمر مفروم ناعم
١ ملعقة صغيرة ثوم بودرة
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا حلوة أو بابركا حارة
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة يابسة ناعمة
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة كمون
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة كاري حلو أو حار
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة ملح
١/٤ ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق الفلفل الحار

1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli powder
