لتحضير السجق:
٢٠٠غ لحم بقر مفروم ناعم
١ ملعقة كبيرة فلفل رومي أحمر مفروم ناعم
١ ملعقة صغيرة ثوم بودرة
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا حلوة أو بابركا حارة
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة يابسة ناعمة
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة كمون
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة كاري حلو أو حار
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة ملح
١/٤ ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق الفلفل الحار

sausages preparation:
200 g finely ground beef
1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sweet paprika or hot paprika
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sweet or spicy curry
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli powder
