BBQ Pork Spareribs smoked at 225° using the 3/2/1 method!!!
Rib Rub Recipe
1/4 cup Recteq Honey Rib Rub
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup smoked paprika
1 1/2 Tbs garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbs dried minced garlic
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 Tbs kosher salt
1 1/2 Tbs onion powder
1 tbsp Adobo powder
Combine ingredients and mix well!
