Ingredients Required for Fried Potato & Eggplant Raita Recipe:

-Eggplant: 1 medium
-Potato: 2 medium
-Oil (for Frying): 1 cup
-Salt (for Potato Frying): 1/4 tsp
-Cabbage (Chopped): 1/2 cup
-Tomato (Chopped): 1 pc
-Cucumber (Diced): 1/2 cup
-Fresh Coriander (Chopped): 1/4 cup
-Mint (Chopped): 2 tbsp
-Onion (Chopped): 1 pc medium
-Salt: 1/4 tsp
-White or Blacdk Pepper: 1/4 tsp
-Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
-Yogurt: 400 gram
-Salt (for yogurt mixture): 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Black Pepper: 1 tsp
-Chaat Masala: 1 tsp
-Green Chilli (Chopped): 2 pcs
-Oil (for Tarka): 2 tbsp
-Cumin Seeds: 1/4 tsp
-Paprika Powder: for sprinkle
