water 1 litre

lemon juice 1 tbls
vinegar 1tbs
salt 1 tbls

din in water for 30 mints

salt 1tsp

chilli flakes 1 tbls

black pepper 1tbls

coriander powder 1tbls

cumin powder 1 tbls

garlic powder 2 tbls

ginger owder 1 tbls

mustared powder 1 tbls

carom seeds 1tsp

paprika 1 tbls

soya sauce 3tbls

chilli sauce 3 tbls

baking powder 1 tsp

yogurt 3 tbls

all purpose flour 2 cup
plan water 1 litre

mix mix it well leave for 2 hours
after marination
coat in flour

then put in water
and again coat wih flour and fry till goldn colour
