Creamy Chicken Curry with Coconut milk
Simple recipe and easy to make within 30 minutes. Here are the ingredients:
1kg chicken(wings and breast any parts will do)
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp paprika (optional)
1 small onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fish sauce
4-6 tbsp vegetable oil
1 can coconut milk(400mL)
1 large carrot
2 medium potatoes
3 bell pepper (green and red)
1 tsp chilli flakes/fresh chilli pepper(optional)
