This is a really simple and delicious recipe passed on from my family. You would need the following ingredients,
Paneer
Three Capsicum
Two large onion- one fine diced and cut other in big pieces
Two table spoon of garlic paste
Two table spoon of ginger paste
One green chilli
Fresh puree of three tomatoes
Two bay leaf
Two dried red chilli
Ketchup
Soya Sause
Simple spices- Cumin seeds, Salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and red chilli powder
Optional spice paprika powder
Coriander leaf
Two table spoon of fenugreek leaf (dried)
