Recipe as follows
Chicken Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon paprika
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
6 cubes unsalted butter, divided
1 white onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
300g sliced closed cap chestnut mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
125g cream cheese
1/2 cup less sodium chicken broth
4 cups hot cooked egg noodles
1 to 3 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Procedure:
1. Sprinkle paprika over chicken. Melt 3 cubes butter in deep skillet on medium heat. Fry the chicken on both sides. Spoon cooked chicken on one side of skillet. Saute garlic and onion, combine the chicken.Then set aside and cover to keep warm.
2. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add mushrooms, cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes in a medium heat . Spoon into one side of skillet. Add cream cheese to other side of skillet, cook and stir for 2 minutes until melted. Add broth, stir until blended. Return chicken mixture to skillet, stir to combine all ingredients. Simmer on medium-low heat 4 to 5 minutes.Stirring frequently.Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Spoon chicken mixture over noodles, sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy CHA π
