INGREDIENTS:
PARATHA ROLL DOUGH:
All purpose flour -2 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil / Ghee – 2 tbsp
Water – as required
Shift flour and add salt and oil. Mix until breadcrumbs texture. Add water as required and knead into a soft firm dough. Set aside for 20-30 minutes.
Chicken filling:
Boneless chicken – 500g
Meat tenderiser – 1 tsp (OPTIONAL)
Chilli flakes -1 tsp
Salt – as required
Paprika powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Tandoori / tikka masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Fresh chilli -1 (crushed)
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Food colouring – 1/4 tsp (optional)
Oil for frying
Mix all chicken filling ingredients and fry for 7-10 minutes. Coverchickenn until liquid dries up and is fully cooked. Set aside.
Assemble the chicken roll by adding chicken filling, onions, lettuce andsaucess. Roll up and enjoy!
