Cauliflower fritters: an easy recipe to surprise everyone!

This recipe comes together really fast and the result is super yummy!INGREDIENTS
 Cauliflower
 Breadcrumbs
 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
 3 tbsp parmesan
 2 eggs
 Vegetable oil
 
For the sauce:
 900 g tomatoes
 1 red pepper
 1 red chili
 2 garlic cloves
 2 tbsp olive oil
 Juice of half a lemon
 2 tbsp paprika
 1 tsp salt
 2 tsp sugar
 
METHOD

Cut the cauliflower into chunks. Boil for 10 minutes.
Place the tomatoes in a bowl, add hot water and cover for 10 minutes.
Cut the red pepper into small pieces, place in a blender, add garlic, chili, oil, and blend. Pour into a pan and cook for a few minutes.
Peel the tomatoes and blend. Add to the pepper mixture in the pan. Add lemon juice, paprika, salt, sugar, and mix. Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix breadcrumbs with paprika and grated parmesan cheese.
Beat two eggs and cover each piece of boiled cauliflower with a beaten egg. Cover with the breadcrumb mixture and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Serve with the sauce.
