INGREDIENTS
600 g fresh and clean sardines
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
pinch of salt
1/2 cup fine semolina
2 tbs all purpose flour
1 ts cumin
1/2 ts paprika

vegetable oil
medium oven sticks
