Today we are making tacos. Beef Tacos with our home made taco seasoning.

Taco ing
1lb ground beef
small can of green chili (hatch chili) 4oz can
ketchup (1 tsp)
taco seasoning

Taco Seasoning

Salt (1/2 tsp)
Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Dried ground California chili peppers (1 tsp)
ground cumin (1/2 tsp)
crushed peppers (1/2 tsp)
minced garlic (1 tbsp) or 2 tsp garlic powder
minced onion (dried) (1 tbsp) or 2 tsp onion powder
Mexican Oregano (1/2 tsp)
Paprika (1 tsp)

Add ground beef to pan brown half. Season with spices above.
