I used about 4 lbs and doubled the receipe Crystal had to make this marinade and I added a little molasses along with some ground hot pepper flakes just a tad as I lke my Beef Jerky with a touch of heat not to much, just a hint. Anyway, I hope you folks enjoy. Please freeze the frame and Crystal Channel will be in the vid and her receipe as well, just freeze the vid. Thanks and this Beef Jerky is awesome stuff!
