I’m back with a new recipe and I’ve made a bbq beef tacos in 3 ways, very easy, quick and affordable recipe

INGREDIENTS:
500 GRAMS GROUND BEEF
5 GARLIC CLOVES
1/2 TBSP PAPRIKA
1/2 TBSP SALT
1 1/2 TBSP BBQ SAUCE
1/4 CUP SHALLOTS
15 ML COOKING OIL

FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE
180 ML FRESH MILK
250 GRAMS CHEDDAR CHEESE

FOR THE TACOS TOPPINGS
RED BELL PEPPER (JULIENNED AND CUBED)
SHALLOTS (JULIENNED AND 1/4 RING SLICE)
CABBAGE
KIMCHI
HOT CHILI SAUCE
