BAKED CHICKEN AND POTATO WITH MAYONNAISE IN THE OVEN | MY HOME COOKING VERSION || Sarah Bornasal

Welcome to my channel Sarah Bornasal.

This time I will share my version of baked chicken and potato with mayonaise,hope you like it and enjoy watching.

For the ingredients:
I used any part of chicken 850 grams
2tbsp.Mayonaise
1pc. big Onion
3cloves Garlic
5tbsp.Vegetable oil or olive oil
1tbsp.Ketchup
450grams Potato
Seasoning
Black pepper
Paprika
Spring onions for garnish
Salt to taste
Procedure:
We need to season the chicken put all the ingredients except the potato,onions and marinate for about 30mins.I prepare to boil the potato to make sure that it well cooked.I used baking pan with a foil,then put the chicken,potatoes,and onions.Cook for about 45mins in 240degrees.When its done garnish with spring onions and serve.
