Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients
Half boiled potato – 500 grams
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Cut half boiled potatoes in thin slices and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, oregano, ginger powder, chilli flakes and olive oil. Mix well.
Bake for 20-25 mins on 180 degree celsius.
