Keto Seafood Salad
12 oz. Peeled, deveined, tail-off small shrimp
8 oz. Lobster Meat
6 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
¼ c. Dill Relish
¼ c. Onion, diced
1 Tbsp. Scallions
1/3 c. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Mustard

1. Boil the Lobster and Shrimp with 1 tsp old bay seasoning. Once cooked drain and set aside until cooled down.
2. Add seasoning to lobster and shrimp and mix well.
3. Next, add the scallions and onions to the salad and well.
4. Mix in the Dill Relish.
5. Now add the mayo, remember to mix after adding each ingredient.
6. Add the mustard and incorporate until mixed well.
7. Lastly, add the chopped eggs and give the salad a good mix.
8. Give it a taste to see if you’d like to add any additional seasonings to taste.
9. Top with a sprinkle of Smoked Paprika.
