Buttermilk Fried Chicken Nuggets – Short (Special Episode)

Delicious Chicken Nuggets coming your way in this week’s special episode. I hope you’ll enjoy it. They are finger licking goo… Wait no, I’m not allowed to say that. Just try it and let me know what you think.

Instructions:
Add chicken to the buttermilk mix, add hot sauce and let it marinate for at least 2 hours. (preferably over night)
Mix flour and corn starch together. Add cayenne pepper, oregano, coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, kapana/BBQ spice, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in an iron skillet or pot to medium high heat.
Remove chicken from buttermilk marinate and add to flour mixture.
Add to the hot oil and cook for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oil unto a kitchen towelette to drain excess oil.
Serve and enjoy.

Serve with blue cheese dressing or avocado sauce.
