4eggs.
60 grams Parmesan./ 2 oz.
4 tbsp flour.
90 grams breadcrumbs/ 2,5 oz.
90 grams flour/ 2,5 oz.
2 zucchini.
1 onion.
1 pepper.
1 carrot.
240 ml chopped tomatoes/ / 8 fl.oz
3 cloves of garlic.
Olive oil.
Salt, sugar, black pepper, paprika, dried parsley, dill.
