This is the incredible, juicy, and flavorful lemon chicken that went MISSING on menus across the regional chain Dig Inn, now known as Dig. Some things go missing and you know they’ll eventually be found: a remote control, your car keys, a missing wife (it’s always the husband—arrest the husband). But when this lemon chicken vanished, it was serious business: I went ballistic. At first, the company was unwilling to reveal their top secret recipe, but ultimately they relented: and here it is!!
