Its Taco Tuesday! Here is a fun twist for You! Mini Wonton Chicken Tacos. This version is popular in chain restaurants, but Im going to show You just how easy it is to make at home! Crispy wonton wrappers encase a sweet and savory Asian Chicken Filling, topped with Crunchy Cole Slaw…..They are great for Appetizers or a main course.
Cole Slaw Ingredients”
1 16oz bag of Cole Slaw mix
1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar
2T Vegetable oil
2 t toasted sesame oil
2 t honey
1 t soy sauce
1/4 t salt
Chicken Filling Ingredients
1 lb finely diced chicken breast or thighs
2 T Hoisin Sauce
2 T soy sauce
1 T Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 Chicken broth mixed with 1 tsp. of Cornstarch
2 green onions, sliced
Yum Yum Sauce
1/4 c Mayo
1/4 c sour cream
2 t Kechup
1 T Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 t Siracha (or more if you like it spicy)
1/2 t smoked paprika
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1 t sugar
Chopped Cilantro and Sesame seeds to Garnish
