Whole Chicken Recipe!!
Grilled whole chicken is super easy make! With the right flavor combination and grilling technique, you are good to go. This recipe is Mediterranean chicken marinade and skewer the chicken!!
You can put the chicken on the grill as well.
Ingredients:
3,3 lbs (1,5 kg) Whole Chicken
3 tbsp Fresh Oregano
3 tbsp Fresh Thyme
3 tbsp Fresh Coriander
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder
2 tsp Salt
2 Cloves Of Garlic
Juice of one lemon
Marinade Time: Overnight
Cooking Time: 60 min
The chicken can be cooked in the oven!
1. Preheat oven to 430°F | 220°C (400°F or 200°C fan forced).
2. Place breast-side up into baking tray or roasting pan in the middle of the oven. Roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes
