Ingredients
* Garlic Powder
* Onion Powder
* Butter
* Olive oil
* lemon & lemon grass
* paprika
* Rosemary
* Parsley
* soy sauce & herb powder bouillon
* Spring onion
* Carrot and Potato
Procedure:
• washed and remove the the giblets inside the chicken, Pat dry with paper towels to have a crispy skin.
* place the chicken in a heavy Iron skillet or any kind of cooking pot/pan you have with aluminum foil underneat.
* Mix butter, soy sauce and olive oil in a bowl. Rub all over the chicken and inside the skin as well.
* In a small bowl mix together salt, powder garlic, powdered onion ,lemon,pepper, salt,paprika,rosemary, parsley, soy sauce spring onion, lemon grass,carrot and potato.then add the mixture inside the cavity, don’t over crowd.wrapped with aluminum foil to cover it. it’s time to bake low and slow
* set the oven to 375 degrees fahrenhiet for 1 1/2 hours, then uncovered and baked it again for an hour while basting it with the remaining olive, butter and soy sauce mixture.served and enjoy with rice😋
