RECIPES

CHICK’N CHEESE
6-8oz chicken-less ground
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp sage
1/8 tsp thyme
1/4 garlic powder
2oz vegan mozzarella shreds
salt + pepper to taste
ketchup

BLACKENED CHICK’N TACOS
2-3 corn tortillas
1 chicken-less patty
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder or smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt + pepper to taste
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
cauliflower cilantro jalapeño dip
1 radish, sliced thin (optional)
fresh cilantro (optional)

APPLE GRILLED CHEEZE
2 slices sourdough (or bread of choice)
vegan cheddar slices
1-2 applese
1/2 – 1 tsp agave syrup or sweetener of choice
pinch of salt
sprinkle of cinnamon
2- 3 tbsp butter

BUFFALO BURGER
4-6 oz bread crumbs:
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

1 chicklen-less patty
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp oregano
salt + pepper to taste

1 tbsp tapioca flour (cornstarch, potato starch, or cassava)
1/2 tbsp sparkling water (or still)

SAUCE:
1/2 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tbsp vegan butter

CHIPOTLE TACOS
3-5 oz chicken-less ground
2-3 oz vegan mozzarella shreds
3 corn tortillas
chipotle pepper sauce

QUINOA BUFFALO NUGGETS
1 cup dry quinoa (cooked)
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp cauliflower buffalo dip
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt + pepper to taste
4-5 tbsp cassava flour (or flour of choice)
2 flax eggs*

*EGG SUBSTITUTE
2 tbsp flax meal
6 tbsp water

Bake at 375F for 45 minutes or until golden, flipping half way through
